The 6,000-ton heavy equipment was jointly developed by Wuhan University of Technology, Zhongshuo Equipment Factory, and Jiangnan Shipyard, and served on Jiangnan Changxing Line 3, providing important equipment support for the construction of large ships in my country. The development and engineering application of three-dimensional numerical control bending equipment for ships jointly declared by the three parties won the first prize of the Science and Technology Award of the China Society of Naval Architects in 2020.
